Volunteer physicians are vital in clinical settings that provide care to vulnerable patient populations. It’s a way for physicians to give back to their communities, but these situations also present risks. COPIC offers a simple way to support eligible physicians who participate in volunteer opportunities. Our Volunteer Physician Program offers coverage designed for these situations and the process is simple: contact COPIC, review our list of requirements, fill out a brief application, complete the underwriting process and you’re on your way.
