COPIC has secured a block of rooms for attendees at Embassy Suites. In order to
guarantee a room for this event, reservations must be made prior to April 5, 2023. To reserve a room, utilize this booking link and reference the special rate plan (SRP) code: COP. Or call the Embassy Suites at (402) 474-1111 and reference the COPIC Symposium. A credit card must be provided to hold the reservation and guests will provide a credit card at check-in for ancillary charges. If you make a room reservation, check in at the Embassy Suites, and attend the Symposium as planned, COPIC will pay for the room and your credit card will not be charged. If your plans change and you do not cancel your reservation, your credit card will be charged per the Embassy Suites cancellation policy.
