Our Focus

Our Focus:

Our knowledge and expertise lie within the areas of increasing patient safety, provider education, provider-patient communication, and identifying ways to improve the current health care delivery system. With that in mind, we have refined our funding focus and identified the following areas for current grant eligibility:

  • Programs and initiatives that improve patient safety and quality of care through education and training of health care professionals or through systems changes and improvements.
  • Pilot programs that are designed to reduce medical errors.
  • Development and implementation of checklists and other tools to improve disease management and transitions in care.
