An interview is your chance to shine and standout above all the other candidates. Here are a few tips that can help you prepare for your interview:
- Know COPIC – Research our business, the industry we serve, and get a sense of our culture at COPIC. Be prepared to articulate what you have learned about COPIC.
- Know how your skills and experience will fit in – Where do you see yourself within COPIC? What makes you special/unique and the right person for the job you’re interviewing for?
- Be curious – Come prepared to ask us questions. During the interview, make sure you get the information you need about the company, the position, and the benefits to make the right decision.
- Know where you’re headed – In a year, five years, 10 years, where do you want to be? Do COPIC and the job opportunities within the company match your future career aspirations?
- Relax and be yourself – Everyone gets nervous. Try your best to relax and answer questions in a way that reflects who you are rather than giving us responses you think we want to hear. If you didn’t hear or understand a question, it’s okay to ask us to repeat the question or ask for clarification. Take your time to think about the question and your answer before you respond. If you need more time to think about the question, you can ask us to come back to that question later in your interview.
