Employees must work a minimum of 20 hours per week to be eligible for the benefits listed below.

    • The dental plan is an indemnity plan which means you can see any dentist you choose. This allows for our plan to be flexible and easy to use. The dental plan covers preventative treatment, specific procedures, and orthodontia (children and adult)
  • Vision
    • COPIC’s vision plan network and administration is through Vision Service Plan of Colorado (VSP). VSP has an extensive network and offers a comprehensive plan to meet your vision needs.

  • Holidays
    • COPIC recognizes ten holidays, and offers one “floating” holiday which you can use at any time throughout the calendar year.
