To access content that is exclusively for COPIC customers: 
  • If you ARE a COPIC customer you may access Customers Only resources by entering your username and password in the gray box at the top of the page.  Your username and password are the same as the username and password you use to access online transactions (renewal applications; uniform credentials application; certificates; etc.) on the secure eCOPIC server.  It is only necessary to log in once during each session.  However, if you close your Internet browser after logging in and then try to access customer-only resources, you will be prompted to log in again.
    • If you do not have a username and password or have forgotten your username, contact COPIC's main switchboard at (720) 858-6000 or (800) 421-1834 and ask to be transferred to "web site password support.
      • If we are able to locate your existing username and password, you will be able to log in immediately by entering that information.
      • If we need to issue you a first-time or replacement username and password, you will be able to log in after 24 hours (this lag is necessary to allow the security file to update nightly).
  • If you ARE NOT a COPIC customer
    • Physicians may obtain an application for coverage or a premium indication by contacting Pat Zimmer, Director of Sales, at (720) 858-6186 or (800) 421-1834, ext. 6186.
    • Other members of the health care community who are affiliated with COPIC or its physicians may request access to Customers Only resources by contacting Kathy Brown, VP of Corporate Marketing and Communications, at (720) 858-6066 or (800) 421-1834, ext. 6066.
