Third-party certificateholders can use this page to pay charges for COPIC to manually produce certificates of insurance and/or claim histories.  No credit card service fee is added. All transactions are made through a secure third-party web site.  

 Paying your charges online does NOT require a username and password.
There is no need to log in.

When your transaction is complete, you will see a confirmation page.
